You’ve got questions?
We’ve got answers.

You already know we like clarity, and that we believe buying fine jewelry should feel exciting, not intimidating. So, we’ve put all the “wait, what does that mean?” moments in one place – right here.

Shopping & Orders

This depends on the level of customisation you’re looking for, and the design process it takes to get there:

  • Made-to-order & semi-custom: usually 6–8 weeks.
  • Custom: up to 12-14 weeks, depending on complexity and approval timing
  • Bespoke: up to 16 weeks, depending on complexity and approvals, and revisions.
  • Ready-to-ship: 7–10 working days if in stock (allow extra if resizing).

We’ll always tell you upfront if timelines look longer, especially around holidays.

Yes. We accept Klarna, PayPal Pay Later, debit/credit cards, Amex, and Apple/Google Pay. However, we are strong believers of shopping within your budget, and we’re always happy to work in close collaboration, so you can find your dream piece at your dream (affordable) price.

Yes! We will offer sales around holidays, and recurrent clients will be offered special discounts throughout the year. When we build out our membership program (coming 2026), we will be able to offer further discounts and perks.

Yes. Digital gift cards are available in any amount – click here to shop.

Sometimes, depending on how busy our workshop gets, but not under three weeks. If you have a firm date, tell us early – we’ll let you know honestly what’s possible.

You’ll hear from us at every stage:

  • Design review: CADs and notes for you to approve.
  • Production: casting and setting.
  • Finishing: polishing, quality check.
  • Shipping: insured, tracked, and signed-for delivery.

We’ll keep you updated via our interactive customer portal, so you’re never left wondering where things stand

No. We’ll explain trade-offs (size vs. color vs. clarity, design vs budget) so you can make an informed choice. The decision is always yours, and we will respect your budget. We ask that you be honest with us when setting a budget – give only the top end if you’re willing to spend that much.

Delivery & Returns

We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe. Get in touch if you live elsewhere, and we’ll explore secure options.

We charge a flat fee of $14/£10. All orders are fully insured, tracked, and require a signature on delivery.

For ready-to-ship jewelry, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging, and unworn. We reserve the right to reject any returned item if we believe it has been damaged. Made-to-order and bespoke items are non-returnable, as they are made just for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For diamonds and gemstones:

  • If you choose a diamond from our virtual inventory, we offer one free return per quarter (every 12 weeks). Past that, you can make as many returns as you like, but we do charge a restocking fee of $50. It costs us $35 to send a diamond back if you return it, and approximately $15 in shipping. The fees do not go to us.
  • If you’re working with Gabrielle, it means that you are not using the virtual inventory at all, so we are unable to offer returns. Gabrielle works directly with her extensive network of cutters to find you the perfect stone, or to custom-cut something just for you. However, we stand by the diamonds that we sell – if it’s not good enough for Gabrielle to wear herself, we will not sell it to you.

Once we receive and check your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

We offer one free resize within 3 months of purchase (up to three sizes up or down). If you prefer to use a local jeweler, we offer reimbursement for sizing on a case-by-case basis.

Diamonds & Jewelry

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is the origin – which is science!

We focus on cut quality, proportions, and how the diamond handles light. We work directly with cutters to avoid common issues like dark spots and windowing. If the right diamond doesn’t exist in the market, we can have it cut from rough. We extensively evaluate the stone before we offer it to you, and will walk you through the “why” at any time.

No. Our jewelry marks all kinds of milestones: anniversaries, graduations, promotions, new beginnings, divorces, or simply “just because.”

We provide lifetime coverage against manufacturing defects. Normal wear (like prong thinning, chips, or discoloration) isn’t covered — but we do offer repair services with clear upfront quotes.

We don’t present diamonds as investments. They’re about meaning, design, and quality for your life now – not resale value later.

Cut is what determines how light is returned. A well-cut 2ct can look brighter and more impressive than a poorly cut 2.5ct. That’s why we prioritise cut quality over everything else. We will never compromise on cut.

Not at this time. We only set stones we’ve sourced or vetted ourselves, because once a piece leaves our hands, it represents us forever. If a stone is poorly cut or fragile, we can’t stand behind the piece, and we’d never want you left with something that won’t last. Instead, we’ll help source a diamond to your budget and taste so you get something durable, beautiful, and guaranteed.

Yes. We work closely with trusted gemstone cutters around the world, both earth-mined and lab-grown. Through these partnerships, we can commission a custom-cut stone or source one with the same care and standards we apply to diamonds. Our strength is our network — and it extends far beyond diamonds.

We work on a tried-and-true five-step design and fabrication process, no mater which level of jewelry design service you choose.

1. Discovery: We’ll discuss your priorities — including design, budget, timeline, and what matters most to you.

2. Design Direction: We’ll align on a starting point, which might be one of our existing designs, your inspiration images, or a completely blank slate.

3. Diamond Sourcing: We’ll shortlist and vet stones for you, showing you videos and notes so you can see what we see.

4. Design Development: We’ll create CADs, refine details, and confirm proportions until you’re happy.

5. Production & Delivery: We cast, set, polish, and quality check. Your piece is insured and tracked until it’s in your hands.
